Poor product quality. I am beyond disappointed in the finishing product!
The sample vs. the bulk order product. It doesn’t look the same. So much time, money, and effort wasted promoting the sample because it looks nothing like the final product. I can’t even fathom how they would think that’s acceptable to send for the bulk order. The purpose of the sample is to see EXACTLY how the bulk order will come out, not to get a surprise when your bulk order arrives! This is a customer service industry and I for one is NOT a happy camper!! Alin has no remorse for the bad business either. They won’t get my business again for sure!
